The release of the three new products is expected to usher in a new era, and Hai Robot will lead a new round of revolution, moving towards a wider range of storage application scenarios and higher storage efficiency.

Shenzhen, China, October 26, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - HAI ROBOTICS, a global leader in the Autonomous Case Handling Robot (ACR) system for warehousing and logistics, is pushing the forefront of automated warehousing technology as it launched three models during the exhibition The new product will be held at CeMAT Asia Expo in Shanghai on October 26. The new product will help solve the desire for higher storage density and flexibility in the intralogistics field.

The company displayed the entire product range of HAIPICK ACR robots at CeMAT Asia, the largest intralogistics exhibition in the region, including 2 new members-HAIPICK A3 forklift ACR, A42-FW flexible width ACR and A42T with a new appearance of 10 meters telescopic ACR refreshes the industry storage height record.

The HAIPICK A3 robot adopts a forklift-type picking design, which is designed for a wider range of storage scenarios, where goods are not necessarily placed in boxes. The main difference between this design and previous generations of HAIPICK robots that use gripping and picking is that it provides larger storage space and better shelf space utilization. Goods that do not require containers, such as tires, pallets, and planks that can be lifted from the bottom with a fork, can be easily handled with higher picking efficiency. The A3 robot uses SLAM navigation technology to achieve more man-machine mixed field operations. It is also very suitable for environments where dust, static electricity, pollution, etc. are strictly controlled.

The second new product of HAIPICK A42-FW robot aims at higher storage density. Equipped with forks that can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the goods, the robot can pick and process different sizes of handbags or cartons.

The utilization of warehouse space cannot be overemphasized. The A42-FW robot is the absolute champion in this regard. On the one hand, the chassis width is 900mm, which is narrower than the standard 1000mm channel width, and the storage density can be increased by 5%. On the other hand, the minimum pickup height of 190mm means that the storage density can be increased by another 6%. More importantly, the robot can dynamically adjust the storage location according to the size of the fork, so that the storage location can be increased by 20%.

In addition to the new HAIPICK robot, HAIROBOTICS has also launched a new version of HAIQ-the intelligent brain that directs the operation of HAIPICK ACR. HAIQ nova can seamlessly interact with various devices such as Kiva robots, slam robots, and conveyor belts. The latest HAIQ nova can ensure smooth and optimized warehouse operation.

“Since the launch of the world’s first ACR system in 2015, we have continuously updated our products and solutions, focusing on higher picking heights, flexible picking arms, slim robot bodies and better software systems (HAIQ)-satisfying more High demand. Richie Chen, founder and CEO of HAI ROBOTICS, said: “In the context of the surge in e-commerce order fulfillment pressure, storage density, mixed picking of suitcases and cartons, and more storage locations. "

HAI ROBOTICS runs more than 300 projects worldwide, has been continuously learning from successful deployments, and is keen to update its ACR technology for a better user experience. The birth of these three new products stems from their keen market perception and thinking outside the box.
