To prepare for the end of the fall semester of 2021, the University of Washington Department of Transportation announced the date, time and destination of the last semester shuttle, allowing students to go home during the upcoming winter vacation. 

According to the email sent on November 30th, since the included date and time are the only means of transportation that can accommodate students, "space is limited, first-come-first-served", and students are encouraged to book their Location. 

According to the e-mail, in order to secure seats, students must send an e-mail to transport@washcoll.edu with the subject line "Last Term Shuttle Reservation". In the body of the email, students must include the following information: their name, college ID number, the date of the shuttle they booked, the place of arrival, airline, flight number (if applicable), and their mobile phone number. 

At 4 pm on December 17 (Friday), the pick-up location for the last semester shuttle bus will be in front of Casey Academic Center. The planned drop-off locations will be at the airport in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the train station in Pennsylvania, Wilmington, Texas, Baltimore/Washington, D.C. Thurgood Marshall International Airport, the train station in New Carrollton, Maryland, and Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia. Arrive at Wilmington Railway Station at approximately 5:15 pm. Drop-off point is located in front of the entrance to French Street. The shuttle will arrive at Philadelphia Airport around 6 pm, and the drop-off point is on the side of the road in Terminal C. Arrive at BWI Airport at approximately 5:30 pm and drop off at Gate 7 upstairs. Arrive at New Carrollton Railway Station at approximately 6 pm, and drop off at the Kiss and Ride area. Arrive at Dulles Airport at approximately 6:30 pm and drop off at Ground Level Door 2 Curb 2B. 

Pick up at Casey Academic Center on Saturday, December 18 at 9 am. Arrived at Wilmington Railway Station at approximately 10:15 in the morning, and the drop-off point is in front of the French Street entrance. The shuttle bus will arrive at Philadelphia Airport at around 11 am, and the drop-off point will be on the side of the road in Terminal C. Arrive at BWI Airport at approximately 10:30 in the morning and drop off at Gate 7 upstairs. Arrive at New Carrollton Railway Station at approximately 11 am and drop off at the Kiss and Ride area. Arrive at Dulles Airport at approximately 11:30 in the morning and drop off at Ground Level Door 2 Curb 2B. 

According to the email, “Continuing traffic problems on the Bay Bridge and the construction of Wilmington’s I-95 Interstate Highway...may cause unexpected delays”, students should “consider the arrival time may be later than this time The time when the table was announced."

In addition, all shuttle passengers, whether vaccinated or not, must “wear a mask at all times”, including on all buses, vans, cars, and minivans, and comply with other COVID-19 safety protocols set by the college according to email , While traveling.
