a) None woven fabric (White) feeder, spool diameter ≤600mm:
i) Mechanical material feeder rack;
ii) Manual feeding, the equipment automatically feeds.
b) Melt blown fabric feeder, spool diameter ≤600mm:
i) Mechanical material feeder rack;
ii) Manual feeding, the equipment automatically feeds.

6) Equipment Introduction
This equipment is mainly design for 3-ply face mask production. The raw material - fabric spool load upon the designated feeder rack (max can expand to 4 spools). The ultrasonic welding technology use along with the other automation mechanism, start from forming, trimming and eventually welding after cutting into the specific fixed length. The finish goods face mask finally formed and the system will automatically count as final product.
After the installation and commissioning of the equipment done, the relevant personnel of the buyer team will be trained (free of charge) at the supplier site. The training content includes the safe operating procedures of the equipment, precautions, daily maintenance and the justification and elimination of faults.
8) Material specifications
Commissioning equipment raw materials: white non-woven fabric (width 195mm), melt-blown fabric (width 175mm), blue non-woven fabric (width 175mm), elastic cord, nose-bridge &etc need to be provided by the buyer.
9) Attach guideline
a) One copy of the equipment instruction manual;
b) One copy of electrical schematic diagram;
c) The wearing parts such as knives, scissors, timing belts, flat belts, cylinders &etc are not covered by the warranty.
