Nothing can inspire the childishness of every driver more than a golf cart. The combination of car-like operation, kart-like handling and video game-like repercussions make them a kind of riding pleasure. But for a typical 2+2 seating layout, you can usually only enjoy this experience with three friends. However, for those who want to bring the whole family, the whole class or the circle of friends, this 12-seater extended luxury sedan golf cart may be more suitable for this requirement. It certainly fits what I'm looking for in this week's "Very Strange Alibaba Electric Car of the Week".

This week I found this cute little number while browsing the page of Alibaba supplier Henan Robeta.

It is mainly an ordinary golf cart. Except you can let 10 adults sit down correctly, the other two people sit on vomit seats, or it may be more than 20 adults who sit down incorrectly.

Technically, this would exceed the meager weight limit of 700 kg (1,543 lb). But then again, only 12 adults will do the same, because this is equivalent to 58 kg (128 lb) per person.

But let's put these little details aside for the time being and enjoy everything this great vehicle has to offer.

Its top speed may be only 30 km/h (18 mph), but this is almost the same for a golf course on a golf cart.

With a huge 48V 190Ah battery, this thing has more batteries than many electric motorcycles and hybrid cars with a capacity close to 10 kWh. They claim that it is suitable for a range of 70 kilometers (43.5 miles), which sounds like more than any golf cart really needs. There is enough roof space at the top to add about 6 square miles of cheap solar panels, making the carriage almost unlimited.

That battery pack may be just an old-fashioned lead-acid monster made of eight 6V building blocks, but this does not surprise me. We are not here to focus on the pinnacle of automotive technology. Instead, we are working on a disproportionate golf cart, and you may have to allocate seats based on weight class.

The party car here gets its power from a single 5.5 kW (7.4 hp) electric motor on the rear axle. This may be twice that of most golf carts, but this ratio does not seem to keep up with the seat mitosis that occurs here. I have to wonder what the 0-15 mph time of this trolley is when fully loaded with elderly golfers or the entire field maintenance team in South Florida.

In a particularly ridiculous turning point, they seemed to try to reassure potential customers that the parking distance of the vehicle was very short, but they listed it as a "broken car: <4 meters". This really makes people question the wisdom of their one-year warranty, isn't it now?

Assuming it didn't break down within the first 13 feet, honestly it looks interesting. The turning radius may have some shortcomings, but imagine taking it to a community that allows golf carts to drive on the road. You can provide half a Biscayne shuttle service for this bad boy.

Or join the most luxurious country club in this matter. If a limousine is your normal means of transportation, why should you endure the insult of having to use an ordinary non-luxury golf cart? Horrifying incident!

Now I know what you’re thinking: “Of course I can’t afford an extended limousine golf cart. I’m just a humble civilian, forced to walk on the golf course like a farmer. Without the help of a driver, I still maintain a good 10 feet. Always in front of me, always reflecting on the mediocrity of my existence, due to my total lack of ambition and my dislike of communicating in long sentences, I cannot afford the better things in life." But don’t worry, because of this weirdness. The creation is actually surprisingly affordable.

It starts at a reasonable $5,300, but if you buy 100 pieces, it will drop to a very practical price of $4,800. Of course, it looks long enough to close the container door on just one of them, so based on current ocean freight rates, you might see that the transportation cost is 5 times the price of the vehicle, but let's get there when we cross the bridge.

For now, I'm very excited about the prospect of getting involved in the local bingo night like the most important big man on this side of West Palm Beach.

Bring my cart here, Jeeves!
